Abstract submission and preliminary registration

Before filling the forms, please read carefully the instructions below.

Abstracts are gathered exclusively online.

Only original material is acceptable. The abstract should contain enough details to clearly convey the approach and results of the research. By writing, use clear, proper English. The abstracts will be published as they are.

The capitalized title (see template) should be concise but informative. Note that including HTML format commands, when necessary, is needed (see below).

The author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), and address(es) should be filled in separately from the text using your common keyboard language and layout. Please do not use the HTML formatting here. The name(s) should be given with at least one forename in full, e.g. John A. Smith, the affiliation(s), with comma-separated subdivision(s) or subordinate establishment(s) and full address(es) of the author(s), including P.O.B. or street address, postal code, city, and country. In case of multiply affiliations use suffixed and prefixed asterisks *, **, etc. at the names and affiliations, respectively, to indicate their match, as shown in the template.

The text of the abstract should be written in one-paragraph style without the indented first line. A template is presented in the corresponding field. Note that the field space cannot be exceeded. Regardless of the keyboard language and layout, enter the keyboard characters not changing the setup, but when entering the Greek letter designations, designations with subscripts and superscripts, etc. use the HTML format commands. A short table of commands gives more information in this connection. You can put in the commands, e.g., after copying and pasting the Word text in the field. Bold, italic, and underlined characters are discouraged. Do not hyphenate the document. Do not adduce references.

The fields to be filled for the preliminary registration should contain the presenting author's data, including his / her international telephone number and e-mail address, as well as the preferred type of presentation, overhead or PC projector (preference should be given to the latter) needs, the number of supposed accompanying persons, and the requested accommodation.

The presentation at the conference is expected in person. By submitting an abstract the author(s) give the permission for it to be published in electronic and paper format in conjunction with the conference.
